Virginia Beach building sells for $3.15 million

A 18,000-square-foot building in Virginia Beach has been sold.

Virginia Beach-based Divaris Real Estate said Hilltop Medical LLC bought the Hilltop Medical Center at 1788 Republic Road for $3.15 million.

George Fox of Divaris represented the buyer, while Divaris colleagues Jason Oliver and Vivian Turok represented the seller, Republic Road LC.
