ValueOptions promotes Daniel Risku

Norfolk-based ValueOptions has promoted Daniel Risku to executive vice president and general counsel. Risku has been the company’s senior vice president and deputy general counsel since 2012.
He will replace Paul Rosenberg who has taken on a strategic advisory role for the company's public sector and health plan divisions.
Before joining ValueOptions, Risku was chief Washington counsel at the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association. Prior to that, he served as the vice president of segment administration for Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina.
ValueOptions is a health improvement company that serves more than 32 million individuals.
