The Morgan Cos. to open office in Reston

The Morgan Cos., a Charlotte, N.C., commercial real estate company, is opening its newest office in Reston.
The Reston office is the company’s third. In addition to Charlotte, the company has an office in Fort Lauderdale, Fla.

The Reston office is located at 11955 Freedom Drive, Suite 11000, in the Reston Town Center.
“With the opening of our third office, we are able to position Morgan in the Metro DC region at a time when the entire area is experiencing tremendous expansion due, in large part, to the reinvigorated economy and the recent surge of high-tech developments, especially in Northern Virginia,” Rich Sutphin, COO of The Morgan Cos., said in a statement.
The company has acquired and developed more than $1 billion in multi-sector assets since its founding in 1977.
