S.L. Nusbaum notable deals

S.L. Nusbaum announced the following notable sales and one new lease that was more than 10,000 square feet in January.

RIO Broad LLC bought for $1.3 million the 7,390-square-foot restaurant property at 7408 W. Broad St. in Richmond’s West End from TKEB LLC. Colin Williams, Zach Brenner and Nathan Shor represented the buyer. Plans call for the property to be developed into a Rio Car Wash location, according to a Richmond BizSense report.

Further north, T&J Properties of Northern Virginia LLC bought 1.7 acres at 10131 Southpoint Parkway in Fredericksburg for $1.27 million.  Elliot Warsof represented the seller, Southpoint LLC.

In Hampton Roads, Wayne’s Homes leased 14,500 square feet of retail space at Dollar Tree Center in Norfolk. Mike Zarpas represented the landlord, and Chris Devine and Seth Norman represented the tenant.
