Recent commercial real estate sales

Mid-October report of sales transactions across Va.

Central Virginia

  • Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer announced the sale of 3.89 acres of land on Lewistown Road at Lakeridge Parkway in Ashland. ARLS Properties LLC purchased the acreage from Craig Realty Group for $3 million for future retail development. David M. Smith of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer represented the purchaser.
  • Commonwealth Commercial Partners LLC brokered the sale of eight mixed-use properties at 1715, 1719,1723 and 1727 W. Main St., as well as 1504,1518,1520 and 1603 W. Cary St. in Richmond’s Fan District. CCP represented the seller, Eck Enterprises LLC, and Abhijun Gupta from Taylor Properties represented the purchaser, RPNA Capital LLC. Kit Tyler and Tucker “Nash” Warren negotiated the sale, which closed on Oct. 14 for $3 million. The eight properties consist of 13 one-, two, and three-bedroom garden apartments, two townhouses and three commercial units. The properties were part of the “uptown portfolio” owned and developed by Eck Enterprises.
  • Commonwealth Commercial Partners LLC brokered the sale of a one-story office building at 1834 W. Cary St. in Richmond’s Fan District. CCP represented the seller, Eck Enterprises LLC, and Abhijun Gupta from Taylor Properties represented the purchaser, Cary St. SSA LLC. Kit Tyler, senior vice president at CCP and Tucker “Nash” Warren, senior associate at CCP negotiated the sale, which closed on Oct. 14 for $2.9 million. The office space is 14,782 square feet and is 100% leased by the General Services Administration. The building was part of the “uptown portfolio” owned and developed by Eck Enterprises.
  • MH Innslake LLC purchased 11,903 square feet at 4128-4130 Innslake Drive in Henrico County from Clarendon Associates LLC for $1.9 million. Morgan Trible and Eliza Izard of Commonwealth Commercial Partners LLC represented the seller.
  • 1813 E. Broad LLC purchased 19,235 square feet at 1813 E. Broad St. in Richmond from Rock Bottom Real Estate LLC for $1.7 million. Jamie Galanti of Commonwealth Commercial Partners LLC represented the seller.

Hampton Roads

    • Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer announced the sale of approximately 11.56 acres of industrial-zoned land on Scenic Parkway in Chesapeake. Olds Enterprise LLC purchased the acreage for $1.4 million as an investment. Christine M. Kaempfe and Clark Simpson of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled the sale negotiations on behalf of the seller.
