MANAGING PARTNER, KEITER, GLEN ALLEN

With more than three decades of finance experience, Wallace has served as managing partner of accounting firm Keiter since 2019. His duties include overseeing growth strategy and providing tax services to public and private industries. Keiter employs 170 people in Virginia and reported revenue of $39 million in fiscal year 2022.

He previously served as tax department leader and is also a member of Keiter’s teams for state and local tax, international tax, mergers and acquisitions, manufacturing, and retail and distribution. Before joining Keiter in 2010, he was chief financial officer of The Riverstone Group and a partner at KPMG.

Wallace earned undergraduate and master’s degrees in accounting from the University of Virginia. He serves on the board of the Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants and is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Association of Merger and Acquisition Advisors.
