Todd Massengill joins Novetta

McLean-based advanced analytics company Novetta announced Thursday that it has hired Todd Massengill as vice president of emerging technologies in the company’s information exploitation division.

Massengill, a combat veteran with 28 years of military experience, most recently served as the senior military assistant to the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence & Security, where he led strategy development, intelligence, innovation, oversight and management of the defense intelligence and security enterprises.

In his new role, he will oversee data analytics, cybersolutions, cloud deployments and software development services for defense and intelligence community clients.

“Todd’s military experience leading complex initiatives and delivering innovative solutions is a great pairing for emerging technologies,” Kevin Heald, Novetta senior vice president for information exploitation, said in a statement. “His commitment to our customers’ important missions will be key to our continued success.”

Massengill has also previously served in command and staff positions at the U.S. Special Operations Command and the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command.

Novetta employs more than 1,300 people and provides analytical and technical services for defense, intelligence community and federal law enforcement clients.
