Leidos adds member to board of directors
Reston-based Leidos has appointed Gary May to its board of directors. May is the dean of the College of Engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta.
Before becoming dean, May chaired Georgia Tech’s School of Electrical and Computer Engineering from 2005 to 2011. From 2002 to 2005, he was executive assistant to Tech President G. Wayne Clough.
May received a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the Georgia Tech in 1985 and master and doctorate degrees in electrical engineering and computer science from the University of California at Berkeley.
Leidos is a Fortune 500 company, which provides services to national security, health and engineering clients. The company reported annual revenues of approximately $5.77 billion for its fiscal year ended Jan. 31.
