Inglima has been behind the scenes for multiple multimillion- and multibillion-dollar national mergers, acquisitions and sales. The Duke University and Georgetown University Law Center graduate specializes in such deals involving media, manufacturing and health care companies. His practice also handles venture capital and securities transactions, intellectual property, licensing and technology transfers and general corporate work, and he serves as general outside counsel for an array of national businesses.
Inglima has handled multiple sales for Landmark Communications Inc. and its spinoff, Landmark Media Enterprises, including the reported $3.5 billion sale of its flagship property, The Weather Channel, to NBCUniversal and two private equity firms. He is also regularly retained for sales by Dominion Enterprises and is general counsel to the Hampton Roads Transportation Accountability Commission.
Inglima has spent the bulk of his career, more than 25 years, at Willcox Savage. He became a partner there in 1999 and managing partner in 2021.
