At Willcox & Savage, Inglima’s practice has focused on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and securities transactions, intellectual property, licensing and technology transfers, and general corporate work, including advising corporations on matters of governance. The firm — among Virginia’s 20 largest — has grown in the past year, adding three partners and four associates and expanding its expertise in commercial real estate, government contracting, construction litigation, and white collar defense and government investigations practice areas.

Inglima was named managing partner in 2021, succeeding Rob Dewey. A graduate of Duke University and Georgetown University Law Center, he joined Willcox & Savage more than 25 years ago and became a partner in 1999. He has been lead counsel to Landmark Communications and Dominion Enterprises in several major sales, including Landmark’s sale of The Weather Channel to NBCUniversal Media.

Inglima currently serves on the advisory council for Horizon Hampton Roads, an educational nonprofit organization focusing on closing the education gap for children in grades K-8.
