PRESIDENT, LANDMARK HOTEL GROUP, VIRGINIA BEACH

For more than a decade, Jain has run Landmark Hotel Group, a hospitality company that manages, owns and develops hotels in North Carolina and Virginia under the Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt and Radisson brands.

In 2021, Landmark expanded into the housing market with the development of Ellipse Urban Apartments, a 287-unit luxury apartment complex in Hampton.

Jain joined Landmark in 1999 as a general manager after graduating from the University of Virginia with a bachelor’s degree in commerce. He also holds a Master of Management in Hospitality degree from Cornell University. He serves on TowneBank’s Virginia Beach regional advisory board and chairs the Children’s Hospital of the King’s Daughters’ Health System board.

Landmark was founded in 1983 by Jain’s father, Raj Jain, who remains the company’s chair.
