Henrico retail center sells for $4.35M
Tenants incude Northstar Career Academy and Barre None Dance Company

The Wistar Center strip mall in Henrico County was sold for $4.35 million to Washington, D.C.-based Fernau LeBlanc Investment Partners, Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Capital Markets Group announced Monday.
Fernau LeBlanc acquired the property on Dec. 23 from Miami-based Larkspur Properties.
The property was 86% leased at the time of acquisition and includes tenants such as Northstar Career Academy, Hawks Renovations, Crown Trophy and Barre None Dance Company.
The sale was completed by Eric Robison and Dawn M. Calabrese, CCIM of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer.
