While psychology and finance might seem like an odd mix, Caudron believes his background in behavioral finance helps him to better advise his clients by understanding the factors influencing investors. He began his career in 1995 at CMB, now a Wells Fargo Advisors firm. An accredited asset management specialist and a chartered retirement planning counselor, he is experienced in long-term investment strategies.

In 2023, Forbes recognized Caudron as one of the nation’s top 250 wealth advisers, ranking him at No. 156. He came in second on Forbes’ 2023 list of Best-In-State Wealth Advisors from Northern Virginia and has consistently been ranked in the top 10 of Barron’s list of the Top 1,200 Financial Advisors in the U.S.

A father of four who enjoys tennis, skiing, paddleboarding and cycling, Caudron earned his bachelor’s degree in economics and psychology and his MBA from Georgetown University.
