Prow has been named to Executive Mosaic’s Wash100 list of top government contracting executives nine out of the 10 years since the list began in 2014.

He worked at Ernst & Young, PricewaterhouseCoopers and IBM before becoming president and CEO of Vectrus in 2016. In July 2022, Colorado-based Vectrus merged with Mississippi-based The Vertex Co. to create V2X, a new government contractor, of which Prow became president and CEO. In June, the company landed at
No. 907 on the Fortune 1000 list.

With pro forma revenue of $3.67 billion for 2022 and 15,400 employees, the new company is pursuing government contracts in operations, logistics, aerospace, training and technology. In June, V2X won a spot on a $32.5 billion Air Force training systems contract and in April, it received a seven-year, $440 million Navy aircraft support contract.

A graduate of Northwest Missouri State University, Prow serves on the International Research & Exchanges Board (IREX).
