Drucker & Falk to oversee Woodbridge apartment community

Drucker & Falk has been named managing agent for Misty Ridge, a 409-unit Woodbridge apartment community.
CL Misty LLC recently bought the complex located off Interstate 95 near the newly developed Stonebridge at Potomac Towne Center. It was built in 1989.
Drucker & Falk will oversee planned renovations and manage the property for the owner.
