Draper Aden Associates names new CIO
Lud Eng was firm's director of IT
Richmond-based engineering, surveying and environmental firm Draper Aden Associates promoted Lud Eng to chief information officer on July 1.
Eng, who is based in Blacksburg, previously served as the firm’s director of information technology. He has been with Draper Aden for more than 25 years.
“We are pleased to announce Lud’s new position with the firm,” Draper Aden President and CEO Jeff Lighthiser said in a statement. “He has been an exceptional leader at Draper Aden for many years. In this role as CIO, Lud will lead our firm’s digital transformation to ensure that Draper Aden remains agile and innovative.”
Eng is a member of the American Council of Engineering Companies and is involved in its Information Technology Forum. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Virginia Tech.
