Distribution company renews lease in Chesterfield County

A distribution company has renewed its lease in Chesterfield County.

Bermuda Distribution Inc., a warehousing, distribution and trucking company, has renewed its lease at 12600 Bermuda Triangle Road.

The company is leasing a 54,000-square-foot warehouse, which includes nine loading docks and one drive-in door. It is located one mile from Interstate 95 and five miles from I-295 via Route 10, as well as minutes away from Breckenridge Shopping Center.

Franklin Bell of CBRE|Richmond represented the landlord, Fullerton Properties Inc., in the transaction.
