Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer announces leadership promotions

The commercial real estate firm promoted 12 executives.

Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer announced on Friday two senior vice president promotions, six first vice president promotions and four vice president promotions. 

Isaac DeRegibus has been promoted to senior vice president. DeRegibus has been with Thalhimer’s Richmond office since 2011 and specializes in industrial and office tenant and buyer owner occupant representation. He represents national logistics and distribution companies.

David Machupa was promoted to senior vice president and has been with Thalhimer’s Hampton Roads office since 2004. He focuses on the retail sector and representing clients including Starbucks Coffee Co., Aspen Dental, Texas Roadhouse and the Chesapeake Square Mall. 

Gregg W. Beck has been promoted to first vice president and has been with Thalhimer since 1997. He focuses on industrial sales and leasing and development of land sales in the Richmond metropolitan area.

Amy J. Broderick, who joined the Richmond office in 2015, has been promoted to first vice president. She  represents multifamily and mixed-use developers in Virginia, Washington, D.C. and Delaware, and specializes in office property sales and leasing.  

Christine Kaempfe joined the Hampton Roads office in 2001 and has been promoted to first vice president. She specializes in commercial and office properties representing health care organizations, local municipalities, multinational companies and local businesses. 

Will McGoogan, who specializes in site selection, lease negotiation and the acquisition and disposition of retail properties in the Richmond office, has been promoted to first vice president. He joined Thalhimer in 2013 and has since completed more than 100 bank transactions throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.

Graham Stoneburner, who joined Thalhimer in 2015 as a member of industrial brokerage services, has been promoted to first vice president. He focuses on landlord and tenant representation in Richmond and eventually went on to lead the industrial brokerage services group at the firm.

Janet Whitbeck has been promoted to first vice president with more than 35 years in the commercial real estate industry. She joined Thalhimer’s Hampton Roads office in 2004 and focuses on industrial and investment sales. Whitback specializes in the office/warehouse condo market and the office condo market.

Reilly Marchant has been promoted to vice president after joining Thalhimer’s Richmond office in 2014. He specializes in tenant and landlord representation and focuses on restaurants in the suburban and downtown markets of Richmond. 

Dean Martin was promoted to vice president since joining Thalhimer’s Virginia Beach office in 2014. Martin’s focus has been on retail commercial real estate, concentrating on landlord and tenant representation, including land acquisition, site selection, retail strategies, pre-development leasing and development services.

Cliff Hamner has been promoted to vice president of the firm’s commercial property services. Hamner joined Thalhimer in 2012 and was most recently director of property services where he was responsible for leading property management operations and business development in the Fredericksburg market. 

Thalhimer was founded in 2013 and has seven offices in Virginia: Richmond, Newport News, Virginia Beach, Fredericksburg, Roanoke, Charlottesville and Lynchburg. It also has offices in Charleston, Columbia and Greenville, South Carolina. Thalhimer has more than 100 brokers and employs more than 425 associates.
