How did you become a specialist in DUI cases? As a younger attorney, I wanted to help people and spend the majority of my time in court. DUI Defense allowed me to do both and be intellectually challenged. DUI Defense is a merger of several areas of the law. One case may hinge on a violation of constitutional rights while another case may hinge on expert testimony. Finally, alcohol-related incidents frequently provide a little comic relief to a stressful line of work.
