Church signs 10-year lease at technology center in Suffolk

Published May 9, 2013 by Paula C. Squires

Liberty Live has signed a 10-year-lease at Bridgeway Technology Center I at 7025 Harbour View Blvd. in Suffolk. The church is leasing 22,179 square feet and will take occupancy in late July.

According to the Hampton Roads office of Jones Lang LaSalle, which represented the landlord in the transaction, Liberty Live selected the Class A building because of its Suffolk location and ability to accommodate the church’s large congregation. The property is part of a three-building, single-story office complex.

Bridgeway Technology Center I is located at the junction of I-664 and the I-164 Western Freeway and is within a 30-minute drive from the all of Hampton Roads’ major cities.
The complex is adjacent to a residential and retail as well as the Riverfront Residential and Golf Development.

Vice President Gregg Christoffersen of Jones Lang LaSalle represented landlord Continental Bridgeway Associates.
