Central Virginia tract trades for $3.75 million

Land in Hanover County has been sold as part of a large proposed mixed-use development.
Caldwell Park Partners has bought for $3.75 million about 46 acres at the southwest corner of New Ashcake Road and Chamberlayne Avenue (Rt. 301), according to a Commonwealth Commercial Partners LLC announcement.
The 46 acres is part of an approximately 120-acre mixed-use parcel being called Caldwell Park. The land is part of a proposed development that would include retail, office, multi-family, townhome and single-family uses.
Commonwealth Commercial brokers Sam Worley and Bill Barnett represented the seller in the land deal.
