Cardinal Bank names senior vice president

Eileen A. Kennedy has joined Tysons Corner-based Cardinal Bank as senior vice president, commercial loan officer.
Kennedy will be based in the bank’s Leesburg office, joining Cardinal’s Dulles-Loudoun market team. She previously worked for Virginia Commerce Bank.
She holds a bachelor’s degree from Niagara University and is a graduate of the Virginia Bankers Association Executive Leadership Program and Leadership Loudoun.
Cardinal Bank, a subsidiary of Cardinal Financial Corp., serves the Washington region with 27 banking offices. Cardinal Financial also operates George Mason Mortgage.
