Levinson is a 15-year finance veteran based in Chicago who has participated in the capitalization of more than $6 billion of investment real estate. According to Capital Square, he will continue in his present position while also assisting the Richmond company with the underwriting of debt for Capital Square’s DST 1031 exchange programs. Levinson also will assist with other underwriting and financial analytics.
Capital Square also announced that Andrew Foster, Caroline Greber and Laura Mouser have joined the company as senior accountant, investor relations closing administrator and administrative accounting assistant, respectively.

“Since our founding in 2012, Capital Square Realty Advisors has grown tremendously, and we have been fortunate to add exceptional talent to the team along the way to better serve our investors,” company founder and CEO Louis Rogers said in a statement.
