Two tenants have leased the entire third floor of the Turner Basin Building in downtown Richmond.

According to Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer, which assisted in the leasing, Intelliject, a pharmaceutical company developing a new generation of personal medical products, will occupy 10,328 square feet.

In the second deal, Serco Inc., a provider of professional, technology, and management services focused on the federal government, leased 8,416 square feet.

The 92,000-square-foot Turning Basin building is located in the Shockoe Slip area, near the Canal Walk.

N. Dean Meyer and Mac Wilson of Thalhimer handled lease negotiations on behalf of the landlord. They also are the exclusive leasing representatives for the building.
