Chesapeake retail center sold

The Crossways Shopping Center in Chesapeake has been sold.

CBRE|Charlottesville said the shopping center at 1589-1593 Crossways Boulevard in Chesapeake was bought by Ultimate Retail Realty LLC.

An affiliate of Harbor Group International LLC was the seller. Financial details of the deal were not released.

Crossways is a 152,564-square-foot, regional shopping center anchored by a 45,000-square-foot Grand Furniture store and a 45,000-square-foot
Ashley HomeStore.

Other tenants include a 42,697-square-foot U.S. Coast Guard Exchange and a 19,564-square-foot Jo-Ann Fabrics store.

Jay O’Donnell of CBRE|Charlottesville, Jeff Fritz of CBRE|Hampton Roads, R. William Kent and Ryan Sciullo of the CBRE Washington, D.C., office represented the seller in the transaction.

Henry Wilcox of CBRE|Hampton Roads advised the buyer.
