Woods Rogers PLC has moved to a new office in Charlottesville at 123 E. Main St. on the downtown mall. The office is about twice the size of the law firm’s old office at 100 Tenth St.
The Charlottesville office is led by Russell T. “Rusty” Schundler, whose practice focuses on working with early stage companies, and J. Alden English, who concentrates on real estate transactions, finance, corporate formation and governance, and mergers and acquisitions. “Our new space, in the center of a vibrant and historic pedestrian center, gives us room to grow and provides a convenient destination for clients to visit,” Schundler said. Visitors can park for free in the pedestrian area’s parking garages.
