The Williamsburg Hotel & Motel Association is helping businesses along the Gulf Coast that have been affected by the oil spill.

Participating hotels will donate a portion of their reservations that are made through the Williamsburg Hotel & Motel Association for vacations booked as an alternative to cancelled plans along the coast. The association will give 10 percent of the reservation revenue to the hotel where the trip was canceled. In addition, the association will donate 10 percent to the National Wildlife Federation Gulf Oil Spill Fund to help with the cleanup.

Travelers can participate in the program by calling the Williamsburg Hotel & Motel Association at (800) 446-9244 and providing cancellation confirmation and the name of the hotel they had booked.
