Richmond-based West Cary Group, a marketing communications and advertising agency, has been awarded a General Services Administration contract with the federal government.
This contract “pre-approves” West Cary Group for projects with government agencies seeking support in advertising, public relations, web-based marketing, market research and analysis, and video and film production.
“We have a thriving commercial business right now, thanks in part to the diversity of thinking that fuels our agency’s creativity,” Moses Foster, president and CEO, said in a statement.
