Value Place Hotel continues mid-Atlantic expansion

CityBizlist Washington reports that Wichita, Kan.-based Value Place Hotel has picked two new sites for 124-room hotels in Prince William County in Northern Virginia and Prince George’s Co. in Maryland.The site in Prince Williams is on Balls Ford Road in Manassas. Richard Neville and James Bouloukos of Colliers International in Washington, D.C. brokered the deals.
Colliers is representing the firm in its mid-Atlantic expansion. Value Place has reportedly secured an additional five sites for new properties, including two in Maryland, two in Northern Virginia and one in Virginia Beach.The company has more than175 locations in 30 states. The brand caters to traveling workers and guests who may be relocating or renovating a new home and need a short-term place to live.
