STAG Industrial buys Harrisonburg distribution center for $16.2 million

STAG Industrial Inc., based in Boston, has acquired a 357,673-square-foot warehouse and distribution facility in Harrisonburg for about $16.2 million.
The company announced the acquisition in a press release. It said the building is entirely leased to Plygem Holdings Inc., which has a remaining lease term of more than five years. Plygem, along with its subsidiaries, manufactures and sells residential and commercial exterior building products primarily in the U.S. and Canada.
STAG Industrial is a real estate company focused on the acquisition, ownership and management of single-tenant industrial properties throughout the country. Its portfolio consists of 168 properties in 31 states with about 28.5 million rentable square feet.
