SAIC wins Army logistics contract

McLean-based Science Applications International Corp. has received a contract worth up to $128 million to support the U.S. Army Sustainment Command (ASC).

Under the contract, SAIC will provide material management control and distribution services for ASC. ASC is the Army’s logistics integrator for support of American fighting forces.

The contract has a six-month base period with four one-year options. Work mostly will be performed at the Rock Island Arsenal in Illinois and other U.S. Army sites.
