New commuter bus meant to ease travel during HOT lane and Metrorail construction

Virginia Megaprojects is offering a new commuter service to ease travel between Loudoun County and Tysons Corner during the construction of two major transportation projects in Northern Virginia.
The Tysons Express Loudoun service will include four commuter buses equipped with WiFi beginning June 21.
The buses will offer seven morning and seven evening trips. Morning service will last from 5:39 a.m.until 8:36 a.m and evening service, which includes 18 stops in Tysons Corner, will last from 3:30 p.m. until 6:51 p.m. The trips will be $3 one-way with a SmarTrip card and $3.50 when paying cash.
The Tysons Express Loudoun service will be funded by the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority’s Dulles Corridor Metrorail Project. It is being offered through Virginia Megaprojects, which are large transportation projects in Northern Virginia.
