ManTech International Corp. has tweaked its senior management structure. The Fairfax-based company, which provides technical and engineering services to many federal government clients, announced Monday that the presidents of its three operating groups also will serve as COOs for their respective organizations. They will report to ManTech’s chairman and CEO, George Pedersen.
The three presidents are: Louis M. Addeo, ManTech Technical Services Group; Terry M. Ryan, ManTech Systems Engineering and Advanced Technologies; and L. William Varner, ManTech Mission, Cyber and Technology Solutions.
“We believe that this new management structure will contribute to our ability to achieve our financial objectives and support our customers’ crucial mission,” Pedersen said in a statement.
The change in structure follows the resignation of Lawrence B. Prior III, ManTech’s former president and COO. He left in July to join BAE Systems in Arlington as executive vice president.
