Industrial building in Merrifield sells for $6.8 million

Citybizlist reports that Stanford Dorr LLC, a subsidiary of Stanford Properties, sold a fully-leased, 34,000-square-foot light industrial building in Merrifield to an undisclosed buyer for $6.8 million, or $201 per square foot. The property is within walking distance of the Dunn-Loring-Merrified Metro Station. Joe Friedman, vice president and director of investment sales at McShea and Co., represented the seller.
