 A 19th century, mixed-use building in downtown Fairfax is on sale for $2.3 million.

The Moore-McCandlish House, built around 1840, is home to Hamrock’s Restaurant and office tenants. The three-story property is located at 3950 Chain Bridge Road.

S. L. Nusbaum Realty Co.’s Mike Zarpas is the listing representative for the 6,550-square-foot building, which is fully leased.
