Hilton Hotels to move headquarters to Tysons Corner
- March 11, 2009
The Hilton Hotels Corp. has chosen Tysons Corner as its new home.
Hilton Hotels announced Wednesday it has signed a 10-year lease for office space in Park Place II in Tysons Corner. Hilton will take up about one-third of the 11-story building. Park Place II was completed in 2008.
Hilton announced last month it would relocate its headquarters from Beverly Hills, Calif., to Fairfax County, but had not chosen a specific site.
“Our move to Park Place II will mark an important milestone in our corporate transformation, and we look forward to becoming part of Tysons Corner’s vibrant business community,” Christopher J. Nassetta, Hilton’s president and CEO, said in a statement.
