The Hyatt Place Chesapeake has been bought by India-based SAK Developers, a private investment group, from an institutional seller.

The sale was announced by Atlanta-based Hunter Hotel Advisors, an investment advisory firm focused on the hotel industry.

The sales price and the seller were not disclosed.

Marshall Hotels & Resorts of Salisbury, Md., will provide sales & marketing, operations and accounting services to the owner.

The 119-room Hyatt Place Chesapeake , which opened in 2008, was extensively renovated last year.

The hotel is located near Dollar Tree’s corporate headquarters and the Oakbrooke Business & Technology Center.
