Tysons-based DXC Technology has acquired Bluleader, an Australian consulting company focused on customer experience solutions.

Financial details were not disclosed.

DXC is a Fortune 500 IT services company with more than 6,000 private- and public-sector customers in 70 countries.

Bluleader, which is based in North Sydney, said it helps businesses to deploy customer experience technologies such as customer relationship management, marketing automation and field service management.

“We are excited about expanding the reach of Bluleader into DXC’s diversified client base, so that our employees are engaged in interesting, challenging and career-enhancing projects,” Robin Apfel, Bluleader’s managing director, said in a statement “This combination will enable us to leverage DXC’s market presence, intellectual property and expertise to expand the size and scale of Bluleader as part of DXC Oxygen’s Integrated Practice.”
