Divaris completes eight retail leases

Divaris Real Estate Inc. has completed eight leases, totaling more than 81,000 square feet of retail space in Central and Southwest Virginia.
The largest lease for the Children’s Museum of Richmond was for 26,060 square feet of retail space in the Winterpock Crossing Shopping Center at 6628 Lake Harbor Drive in Midlothian.
Zachary Means, Larry Agnew and Sara Goodall of the Richmond office of Divaris handled the lease for the landlord, JNB Company of Virginia.
K&G Menswear signed a lease for 22,888 square feet of retail space in White Oak Village located on Laburnum Avenue in Richmond. Brett McNamee handled the lease for the tenant in negotiations with the landlord, Forest City Commercial Group.
CareMore Medical Enterprises leased 10,000 square feet of retail space in the Parkway Shopping Center at 6323 Jahnke Road in Richmond. DRE’s John Madures handled the lease for the landlord, Lim Family Partnership.
In Roanoke, Ulta Cosmetics signed a lease for 12,858 square feet of space in Valley View Mall. DRE’s Debbie Wake and McNamee handled the deal for the tenant. This is the first location in the Roanoke Market for Ulta, which specializes in women’s and men’s cosmetics and fragrances.
