CSC awarded an IT contract worth as much as $230 million

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has awarded CSC an IT contract that could be worth as much as $230 million.
The contract has a six-month base period and six one-year options, giving the contract a possible length of 78 months.
Under the terms of the agreement, CSC will provide design and development services, by consolidating applications to create a service-oriented IT architecture. The company will also collect, analyze and report data for Medicare and Medicaid providers.
CSC’s teammates on the contract includes 2020 Company LLC and General Dynamics Information Technology.
