Colony Capital LLC’s $74.3 million bid for a 231,928-square-foot office building in Fairview Park is a done deal. Jones Lang LaSalle announced Tuesday that the sale of the 10-story building by Oregon-based PacTrust has closed.
The building, 3190 Fairview Park, at the intersection of the Capital Beltway and Route 50, is currently 97 percent lased to a mix of tenants. It was built in 1990 and renovated in 2006 and 2008.
“The sale of this trophy office property is further evidence that investors are actively seeking quality, well-located and stable assets in one of the strongest markets in the country,” Collins Ege, a managing director for Jones Lang LaSalle, said in a statement.
