BAE Systems has announced that former Secretary of Homeland Security Michael Chertoff was elected chairman of the company starting May 1.
Chertoff has served on BAE Systems’ board of directors since May 2010.
“As an existing board member, we have benefited from Secretary Chertoff’s wise counsel and deep understanding of global security challenges,” Linda P.
