Gerdau Ameristeel Inc., a
Tampa, Fla.-based producer of reinforced steel, will
invest $5 million and create 50 jobs in King George
County through the relocation of a manufacturing plant
from Baltimore. Virginia competed with the District
of Columbia, Maryland and North Carolina for the investment. (Press
