USA TODAY has by far the highest print circulation in the U.S., although it is considered the second-largest newspaper, according to the latest Audit Bureau of Circulation (ABC) report.

Virginia’s seasonally adjusted unemployment rate fell 0.1 percentage point to 6.8 percent in September and unadjusted employment rate fell 0.5 percent in September to 6.5 percent.
