What has been your most memorable business valuation/litigation case?
“I valued 11 different business entities for one client who owned varying amounts in the various entities. It was so complex that I found it helpful to create a large diagram on poster board in order to track the various ownership interests. It was an interesting case because of the diversity of the business entities, which included operating companies, real estate partnerships, real estate fractional interests, family limited partnerships and an investment partnership.”
