How did you decide to become a CPA?
“I always had a mind for business and financial figures and these predispositions were reinforced when I started my collegiate curriculum at William & Mary in 1997. I excelled in accounting classes and preferred them over my other business school classes. Once I had completed an internship with Arthur Andersen in 2000, I also learned that I enjoyed the exposure to a diverse group of clients and their various challenges as well as the team-oriented environment provided in a public accounting career.”
