YRCI, a professional services firm, has renewed its lease of 15,444 square feet in Fairfax. The Ezra Co., which negotiated the deal, says the firm will save money on its new lease at 3877 Fairfax Ridge Road.
Washington, D.C.-based Ezra executives showed their client a range of real estate options throughout Northern Virginia. “This was an aggressive transaction, and we used the leverage of our client possibly relocating to obtain considerable cost reductions and terrific terms, including a significantly reduced rental rate as well as rent abatement,” company principal Gene Martin said in a statement.
NYAP-High Ridge owns the four-story, 211,000-square-foot office building where YRCI is staying, a Class-B property built in 1997.
YRCI is a veteran-owned firm providing human resources and acquisition support services to the federal government.
