Williamsburg contractor selected for $4.5 million villa resort project
May 19, 2011 5:02 PMHenderson Inc. in Williamsburg has been selected as the general contractor for the $4.5 million Presidential Villas resort project in that city. The resort will offer 11 timeshare villas ranging in size from 1,700 square feet to 2,200 square feet with two- and three-bedroom models. The project is being developed by Landmark Resort Properties of Virginia LLC.
