Willard Marine renews lease in Virginia Beach
December 02, 2012 6:45 PMWillard Marine Inc. has renewed its lease of 12,800 square feet at 1412 Taylor Farm Road in Virginia Beach. Janet Whitbeck of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled the lease negotiations.
In another deal for Thalhimer, Dollar General Stores renewed a 10,876 -square-foot lease in Stoneybrook Shopping Center at 15432 Warwick Blvd. in Newport News. Drew Haynie handled the lease negotiations.
