Wal-Mart leases industrial space in Fredericksburg

Wal-Mart Stores Inc. has leased 45,000 square feet of industrial space in the Center B Building at 11900 Main St. in Fredericksburg. Virgil Nelson of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled lease negotiations.
